For Lloyd, 4 Nov 2026

Remade from your notes.

Uyen's fonts, the send enquiry moment on the 3D phone, and the DM chip in 3D. Have a watch, then we confirm.

Your note: the send enquiry moment, on the 3D one

The real phone, in one take.

The button, the loader, the text. The camera goes in close for each one, and the good parts of the flat version now run on the glass.

The text comes straight back

Send enquiry, the loader, a tick, then the text, all on the glass of the real phone. It buzzes when it rings. Week 2, mistake nine.

The same phone, too late

The same opening, then the clock runs on to the next day and the call is missed.

Your note: flat and boring

The DM chip, in 3D.

Over a real frame of you

Thick glass, gold metal letters landing on it, one flare. True transparency, so it sits straight on the footage.

The old flat chip over Lloyd

Before

Flat stroke, old font.

The new 3D chip over Lloyd

After

Glass and metal, new type.

Your note: the font pairing isn't clean

What Uyen's thumbnails really do.

It's the fonts, and it's how they're stacked. The big italic word dropped into a line is gone.

A YouTube thumbnail: Online Coach in italic over Client Event in a tight grotesk with Event in gold

Uyen, on the channel

Whoever rings first in italic over gets the chat in a tight grotesk with chat in gold

Your title, now

Small italic on topAbout half the size, white, never bold.
Big tight groteskDoes the work, tracked in close.
The gold stays in the groteskColour marks the word, not a change of font.
The old title with chat in a big bold italic

Before

What you screenshotted.

The new title

After

Same words, same colours.

The rest of week 2

Everything else, in the new type.

Same colours and same 3D. These are fresh renders, and the 36 files on Drive stay as they are until you confirm.

Your name

The name, then small tracked capitals. No chip.

Chapter marker

The word in the italic, the number in gold.

Counter

Quiet enough to sit there for minutes.

The hook: spend climbs, leads on zero

Real glass in slow perspective. The numbers are placeholders until you clear a real account, and they are one setting.

Ten mistakes, landing on number nine

The camera dives through the list and lands on number nine. Look at how the italic and the gold word sit together at the end.

Part title

The small italic line, then the title in real extruded type, gold word in the same font. It flies in along depth and lands hard.

Mistake 1: it's like wallpaper

A wall of identical free quote ads, then one lifts out with a real offer.

Mistake 2: the hook rate sum

Builds one piece at a time as you say it. Twenties is normal, 45% is properly good.

Mistake 6: splitting a small budget

£20 a day in gold, cut into five feeble £4 slabs, then back into one with the ads rising out of it.

Mistake 8: cost per lead

The line draws on while the camera follows it. Lands on £37 with one flare, the unit in the italic.

Mistake 10: the three numbers

Glass slabs arriving one at a time. Only paid work is gold.

The ten as a checklist

Ticks land as you read them. The pace is one setting, so it can be matched to your read once the cut is back.

The flat version

The same story without the phone. Paper is gone, and this stays on the shelf for tool moments.

One thing needed

Uyen's two font files, then it's final.

Neither font is on this Mac, so everything above uses the closest stand-in I could find. Judge the look now. The real files drop in with no other changes.

Uyen's fontOn screen nowHow close
Neue Haas GroteskHelvetica Now DisplayNearly identical side by side with the thumbnails
Apple Garamond ItalicPalatino Italic, narrowedClose, not the same. The real one is lighter and a touch more calligraphic

Ask Uyen for the files and where the Garamond came from. Apple Garamond was made for Apple, and I couldn't find a licence for it. Neue Haas Grotesk is on Adobe Fonts.

The plan now

You confirm, then I run.

Times are estimates, apart from the re render, which is timed from today's files. Week 2 posts 13 Nov and isn't filmed yet.

One setting changed

Same graphic, other looks.

Nothing rebuilt. One word or one colour, then a re render.

A change, asked for in plain words

I gave a fresh Claude only the skill and this: end on £42, hold it two seconds longer, in a client's green. Checked file back in seven minutes.

A client's colour

One brand colour typed in. Everything gold follows it.

A plain look

One word changed in the settings: mono. No gold at all.

From this morning, unchanged: what the Instagram reel really was, your tools list, and Motion.so.

The reel you sent

It's a brief, not a product.

His examples are Opus 5.5 writing code that draws each frame, going by their makers' own posts. That's what our engine already does. The gold parts are identical.

So the look comes from the direction. Here is that direction, and it's now written into our system.

One shape, no cutsEach state is the same element changing size, corners and colour.

Banned: glows, particles, crossfades, 3D flips, dead time, invented words, anything that looks like a template.

Worth one test, not the engine.

It makes whole films from a brief or a reference, and it does look good. Ryan needs see through files he can drop on a timeline, and its docs never mention those.
